Erin Selover

Erin Selover, MS, is a Change & Transition Strategist and serves on the Teachers Council at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.

With a background as a meditation teacher and body-oriented therapist, her strategy work with clients and organizations leverages both eastern and western philosophies of change. She supports clients in connecting with the central question in their lives and then works collaboratively to create a realistic map to live into the answer.

Erin is the co-guiding teacher of Fertile Void, a meditation community in Berkeley, teaches meditation nationally, and works part time as a therapist in Berkeley. She was a core team member of the group that co-found Inward Bound Mindfulness Education and is a long-time trainer and mentor for the Stepping Stones Project.
