Session 1:

Unpacking your ‘presenting question’

There’s a disconnect happening somewhere inside your head, your heart, and it’s affecting your relationship. It’s just come to mind, right this moment as you’re reading this, hasn’t it?. We call this your ‘presenting question’ and this is where we begin our journey.

Session 2: Identifying & Clarifying what really matters to you

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are up to 90 minutes long. Session times can be set between you and your Strategist, we work around your schedule - we’re flexible. Also, there’s no charge if you cancel after your first session - as part of our no-questions-asked money back guarantee.

Where do the sessions take place?

Virtually and in-person.

Do I pick my Strategist?

Our team works hard behind the scenes to match you to a Strategist, skilled in the field of work you need support in. But, if you have a preference (after reading about our community), please tell us and we will try our best to connect you with them. 

Can I have more than 3 sessions?

After your initial 3 sessions you can continue to book as many sessions as you like, as often as you like. Discuss with your Strategist to explore options for ongoing Life Balance support. 

Can I do sessions with my partner present?

Typically no. It’s important to us that Life Balance sessions are explored on a 1:1 basis as we’re your advocate and ally. But, we can explore your feelings towards your relationship and partner during sessions if you wish and if you feel it’s onward leading to have your partner present you can discuss with your Strategist. 

I’ve had couples counselling before, is this right for me?

It’s not uncommon for our clients to come into a Strategy session having tried forms of therapy, counseling, or coaching in the past. While we can’t speak for each individual experience and medium of relationship support, we can report that our clients affirm that Strategy sessions open up new perspectives and approaches to their individual situation and journey that they can apply to all areas of their lives, from romantic relationships to work.
