6-Week Class Series from January 22 - February 26, 2026, 7:00 - 9:00 PM Pacific Time
Change is an inevitable part of life, and it is often difficult. Disorientation and a lost sense of self can contribute to feelings of defeat and overwhelm.
Over six weeks we explore strategies to navigate change and transitions. The difficult becomes manageable by opening up to a responsive rather than a reactive way of being. Well-being and clarity of purpose become more available despite the conditions we find ourselves in.
In this interactive workshop you will be invited to participate in meditations, practices to shift reactivity, self-assessment worksheets, and group discussions. While all changes are explored in this workshop, it is especially applicable to change related to retirement, career, relationships, and contemplation of purpose. The methods and tools we will use are drawn from the work of Phillip Moffitt, author of Emotional Chaos to Clarity and founder of the Life Balance Institute.
Program Highlights
- Inquire into time spent and its alignment with what you value through the Life Balance Wheel and Life Balance assessment tools
