Bill Duane helps individuals thrive in the face of rapid change by focusing on resilience, wellbeing, and the integration of performance with human flourishing by exploring what's most important and how that maps to doing things in the real world.
Bill spent nine years at Google leading large engineering teams before shifting to create and lead its global wellbeing initiatives. In this role, he developed programs to address burnout and culture while sustaining high performance. He now advises leadership institutes, nonprofits, and startups, and serves on boards dedicated to mindfulness, veterans’ wellbeing, and compassionate leadership. He has published peer reviewed research on Care as a Driver of Intelligence in Human and Non-human Agents.
